Tips to waking up HAPPY (1):

Take all the things you HAVE TO do (things you do that feel like chores) and turn them into statements with the verb GET TO do, then say them in your head or out loud.

Example:

I have to go to work today. ➡️ I get to go to work today.

I have to wake up early every day and go to school. ➡️ I get to wake up early every day and go to school.

I have to make dinner for my family. ➡️ I get to make dinner for my family.

I have to nurse him to sleep ➡️ I get to nurse him to sleep 🤱🏻

Try it for a day or two, and tell me if you feel a change ♥️
